Professor Caroline Pierce calls her student in, Jayden Cole, to talk to her about the troubling report she submitted in class on the topic of hypnotism and mind control.
In the report in question, Jayden claims that in her experience people could be subject to hypnotic suggestion without even knowing it, and Professor Pierce has a lot to say on that matter. Hypnotism isn't magic, it doesn't work that way. Of course it doesn't! .....right?
More troubling than that though was Jayden's inappropriate talk about the Professor herself in this research paper.
