The lovely Vivienne Velvet stops by her neighbor Caroline's house to drop off yet another package that was mistakenly delivered to the wrong house.
Caroline thanks her and invites her inside, where Vivienne asked Caroline about the contents of the package: metal cuffs and a weird strap.
Caroline says they're simply bracelets and a necklace and gets Vivienne to try them on.
